TERMS OF USE ​

Your reservation is based on the following Terms and Conditions: 

​

1. The Pravets Penthouse will be available from 14:00 (2:00 PM) for check in. Check out is on the day of departure by 11:00 (11:00 AM).

​

2. Please keep the Penthouse as clean as possible. A final cleaning is included in your reservation price. 

​

3. No smoking is allowed within the Penthouse. If you prefer to smoke, please do so outside and please be respectful of other apartments and residents. 

​

4. If smoking occurs within the Penthouse, we may have to levy a € 80 additional cleaning fee to steam clean carpets and other furnishings. 

​

5. There are no dogs or other pets allowed in the Penthouse. 

​

6. Parking is permitted in the Penthouse Block. 

​

7. Please do not play loud music or make loud noises, and respect the presence of other residents in the apartment block you are living in. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

You should copy/paste and send me a Cancellations Policy from Booking.com. I’ve used the following: 

 

Cancellations are permitted up to 1 week (6 nights) before arrival. In this case, 100% of the reservation fee will be refunded.

Cancellations are not possible after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
